The fifth film in the saga, centred on the adventures of Indiana Jones, the famous archaeologist with the hat and the whip, starring Harrison Ford. Just when he thought the time had come to accept retirement and adjust (albeit at a cost) to a quiet life, Indiana Jones finds himself involved in a new adventure. This time he has to face Jürgen Voller, an enemy he crossed paths with 25 years ago and now works on a NASA space programme. Voller is determined to control the Dial of Destiny, an artefact built by Archimedes in 213 BC that supposedly has the power to locate cracks in time. His goal is precise and very dangerous: to "correct" Hitler's strategic mistakes and thus change the course of history in favour of the Nazis. To thwart his plans and prevent catastrophe, Indiana must join forces with Helena Shaw, his fearless and unpredictable goddaughter.
