Cristina Clara, from Vila Nova de Famalicão, moved to the capital of Lisbon in 2005. It was in 2008, in the play "O Canto da Rosa", that she made her debut in fado singing and since then, fado has become an inseparable bohemian companion. The "Alegres Canções do Norte" that he brought in his luggage came to marry with "A Triste Canção do Sul" as Alberto Pimentel called them. The work he is currently recording mirrors this experience, particularly the last two years, the approach to the Brazilian chorinho, his affinity with the narratives of fado and the contact with new composers that stimulated his own desire to compose and write.
