Consumer support service (CIAC) moves to the One-Stop Shop - Portal do Município de Vila Nova de Famalicão - Portugal

The CIAC - Famalicão Municipal Consumer Information Centre, a consumer support service, is now being provided at the BUA - One-Stop Shop, located in the Paços do Concelho de Famalicão.
The service, which was previously located in the Tourism building in Praça D. Maria II, now operates at Counter 1 of the BUA, with no need to take a ticket for the time being. 

The service is available on a first-come, first-served basis and has the following opening hours: Monday to Thursday, from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm and from 1.30 pm to 6.00 pm, and Friday, from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm.

It should be noted that the CIAC is a free, personalised customer service available to citizens to help them defend and enforce their rights as consumers, namely to provide information and clarification on consumer issues, promote conflict mediation between consumers and economic agents, refer complaints and promote consumer information and awareness actions among the population.
