1990s. Laura (Seidi Haarla) is a Finnish student who is travelling in compartment number 6 of a train leaving Moscow for Murmansk, in the Arctic Circle, where she intends to visit ancient rock carvings. As his travelling companion he has Ljoha (Yuriy Borisov), a rather rude Russian miner with a peculiar sense of humour, who never stops making conversation. If, at first, the two seem too different for any coexistence, as the hours go by things change. Premiered at the Cannes Film Festival - where it received the Grand Jury Prize -, and with a script based on the work of the same name by Finnish Rosa Liksom, a drama written and directed by Juho Kuosmanen, in what is his second feature film, after the success of "The Happiest Day in the Life of Olli Mäki" (2016) which earned him the "Un Certain Regard" award, also at Cannes.
