The action is centred on Marta, who has just become a mother and watches the enormous changes that the arrival of Clara, her daughter, generates among friends and family. In the intimacy of the four walls of her house, the spectator follows this new phase in the life of all of them. The "actors" in "Tempo Comum" are a couple in real life: journalist and translator Marta Lança and photographer Pedro Castanheira. The action takes place in their own flat and the baby is their daughter. Produced by the Terratreme collective, this is Susana Nobre's first fiction feature film, after the success of the documentaries "O Que Pode um Rosto" (2003) and "Vida Activa" (2013). After its international premiere at the Rotterdam Film Festival (Netherlands) in 2018, the film has passed through several festivals, including IndieLisboa, the Rio de Janeiro Festival or the London BFI.
